Following its carve-out from Siemens Energy and the integration of Balcke Dürr under Mutares SE & Co. KGaA, NEM Energy is undergoing significant changes in its organizational structure, processes, and workforce management. The Group Head of HR will be at the forefront of these changes, shaping the company’s HR strategy to support growth, innovation, and cultural alignment while ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
This role requires a balance of strategic vision, operational excellence, and leadership skills to inspire a global HR team and drive initiatives that foster agility, resilience, and inclusivity.

Functie-eisen
Background and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- A minimum of 15 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including a senior leadership role
- Proven experience managing Human Resources in a multi-location, cross-border, and international environment
- Extensive knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance standards
- Proficiency in HR technologies, data analytics, and decision-making tools
- Experience managing complex projects in a project-based or dynamic environment
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in international and multicultural settings
- Fluency in English and Dutch is required; proficiency in German or other languages is highly preferred
Strong project management skills, with experience overseeing large-scale HR initiatives
