Functieomschrijving

The Managing Director Real Estate Netherlands will be responsible for the development of new joint ventures in order to build up the GETEC’s real estate business activities in the Netherlands.

More specifically the MD is responsible for:
  • Successful set-up of the organizational structure and develop and establish of processes and organizational work-flows for the market entry in the Netherlands working closely with the back office of GETEC in Emmen;
  • Development and realization of market potentials in order to expand the GETEC business activities in the Netherlands;
  • Search and development of cooperation partners for the realization of projects in the Netherlands;
  • Managing the proposal processes and contract negotiations and assuming responsibility for the management positions in future joint ventures in the Netherlands;
  • Overall project leader of portfolio projects and communication with the joint venture partners;
  • Development of coordinated customer-development-plans in order to utilize the customer potentials of portfolios along with the management of the approval process for designated projects;
  • Achieving of the order income-, the sales-, the profit targets and further pre-defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in accordance with the strategy and the performance spectrum of the respective portfolio;
  • Increasing customer satisfaction along with the development of long-term customer relations.

Functie-eisen

Background & Experience
  • Education: University degree in business studies or Engineering;
  • Extensive experience in project management and key account management, managing complex sales projects;
  • Experience in leading commercial and technical sales teams in selling complex energy solutions;
  • Knowledge of the energy market in the Netherlands as well as the current legislation / market potentials and experience in investing in energy systems;
  • Strong network in the real estate sector and extensive knowledge on the developments and trends;
  • Fluent in English and Dutch (both oral and written) and preferably in German.

  • Good analytical and strategical skills and the ability to interpret client and market data to make the best business decisions;
