Royal Reesink is currently hiring a hands-on and committed Group HR Director who will be an active member of the Senior Leadership Team.

Royal Reesink would like to professionalize and strengthen the HR department with a Group HR Director who can facilitate the growth and transform the company culture into an entrepreneurial, result driven, people oriented and transparent company. Given the major transformation Royal Reesink is going through the HR organizational processes and structures need to be optimized.

The HR Director provides strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the senior leadership team, shareholders and the board of directors.

Responsibilities of the HR Director will be broad and will vary from highly strategic to operational hands-on work.

In the first period it is envisaged that the Group HR Director will be working on:

Design overall HR strategy and implementation plan including amongst others workforce planning, recruiting, hiring, training & development, performance management and talent management
Structure HR partnering & services for all operating companies by means of:

- Building the HR shared service center at HQ;

- Implement new structures for different part of HR, like talent management, labour market communication, compensation & benefits and recruitment

- Analysis of the effectiveness of all human resources efforts both financially and in terms of whether they produced the company's needed objectives and outcomes.

- Together with the Senior Leadership Team: organization development, change management initiatives and company-wide culture transformation programs.

- This position provides an opportunity to work in a succesfully buy-and-build group of companies under private equity ownership.

Functie-eisen

Background & experience

- Education: Master’s degree preferably in HR/business management.
- Minimum of 15 years relevant and broad HR management experience, preferably in international a B-to-B environment. Hands-on operational HR experience is required.
- Experience as a trusted member of a senior-level executive team.
- Experience is obtained in professional companies and covers a broad array of HR topics. Including Talent Management,
- Performance Management, Cultural transformation, Compensation & Benefits.
- Fluent in English.
