Young Managers are people who critically analyse the organisation where they are employed and their own added value within that organisation. They are always looking for opportunities to make a long-lasting impact within the existing organisation. Young Managers are ready to let go and move on to the next project once they know their job is done.
Our Young Managers manage to achieve this lasting impact through a successful combination of authentic entrepreneurship – identifying opportunities and connecting with others – and fostering support at all levels of the organisation. They act as liaisons between the strategic and operational sides of an organisation, a role that provides them with the experience they need to become tomorrow’s leaders.
Above all, Young Managers are passionate about what they do, and they view this enthusiasm as a key to success.
Young Managers are different from project managers in that they are more likely to drive change within an organisation. By acting as a link between the strategic (executive and supervisory boards) and operational levels, they manage to both strengthen the bond between these two levels and critically reflect on the organisation’s risks and opportunities. Young Managers will work right alongside executive management so they can bounce ideas off each other; they are people who, through their actions, can give the organisation the competitive advantage it needs.
