Yasemin Bektas

Yasemin is a driven research consultant specialising in executive search. Her career started in the financial sector, where she gained valuable experience and expanded her knowledge through additional studies. This combination of practice and theory has given her a keen insight into the dynamics of organisations and their leaders.

Her passion for leadership and organisational development led Yasemin to pursue a Master's in Leadership & Management at the University of Amsterdam. In her current role, she is constantly looking for inspiring leaders.
