Tycho is enthusiastic, people- and result-oriented. He is excellent at using his qualities to motivate people and create connections in a group of individuals. He brings energy and likes to use his drive to proactively look for solutions in any kind of situation.

Outside of work, Tycho can often be found on the field hockey field, and if possible he heads for the mountains to go skiing.
