Analytical - Result-oriented - Determined Tom is a friendly and calm person who is approachable. He quickly engages in valuable conversations and is sensitive to others' feelings and relationships. While Tom is flexible and open in interpersonal interactions, he is determined and efficient when it comes to content. When there is a goal in sight, Tom does everything he can to come up with the most valuable and efficient solution.

In his free time, Tom can be found in the kitchen, on the soccer field, or with a good book.
