Tim Kruijsdijk

After gaining experience in project management and consultancy, Tim works as a Young Executive at Boer & Croon. He grew up in Utrecht and studied Sports, Management & Business in Amsterdam. After this, he studied Sports, Management & Business at Temple University in Philadelphia and worked in the sports sector within the Operations and HR domain. He then completed a master's degree in Culture, Organisation & Management at VU University Amsterdam.

He brings his background in the sports world and knowledge of management issues to his experiences in strategy and change projects, project management and consultancy in both public and commercial organisations. He can approach complex projects and problems from a human and result-oriented approach. Tim works with passion and drive and has an infectious energy.

In his spare time, Tim enjoys paddling, travelling and making music. He prefers to spend the winter months in the Alps on winter sports with family and friends or as a ski instructor.
