Tim Kruijsdijk

Tim works as a Young Executive at Boer & Croon. He grew up in Doorn and studied Sport, Management & Business in Amsterdam. After completing this degree, he spent six months studying Sport Management at Temple University in Philadelphia and then worked at Red Bull. He later completed a master's degree in Culture, Organization & Management at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.

Tim has gained experience in strategy and transformation management, operations issues, and project management, primarily within the sports sector, working with organizations such as Ajax, Red Bull, and the KNVB. He is capable of approaching complex projects and challenges with a human-centered and results-oriented approach. Tim works with passion, dedication, and infectious energy.

In addition, Tim enjoys playing paddle, traveling, and making music. His favorite time of the year is the winter sports season with family and friends, or as a ski instructor.
