Thomas has an adventurous spirit and the unknown motivates him. A new challenge inspires him to work hard and learn a lot in a short time. He can turn the gained knowledge into action. He does this by using his analytical ability, creativity, and social skills. In doing so, his main goal is to make a positive impact on the changing healthcare landscape.

Besides work, Thomas has a passion for wave surfing. To practice this sport, he seeks adventure by traveling to corners of the world. Where he looks for new places with beautiful waves.
