Before joining Boer & Croon, Thijs worked as a financial advisor at an office in Utrecht for over a year and a half. Here he advised and supervised novice and professional real estate investors. During this work, he learned to maintain client contact, be result-oriented, and act proactively.

Thijs is a real team player. He likes to work together with others in a creative and problem-solving way. By listening well to others and thinking with them, he can sense and connect people professionally. 

After playing hockey for years, he gets energy from playing a variety of different sports, such as padel, boxing, and running. In his free time, he also enjoys meeting up with friends, visiting beautiful places, quietly reading a book, or playing chess.
