Tessa is an enthusiastic, driven, and social team player who loves to take on challenges, is eager to learn, and constantly develops to get the best out of herself. With her background in both communications and PR, as well as management, Tessa has an unique perspective on projects. She finds it important that employees feel heard, enjoy their work, and get the best out of themselves and the organization. It gives her energy to realize projects where everyone is on board.

In her free time, Tessa enjoys cooking, reading and listening to music. She likes pilates and enjoys cycling on her race bike during summer, or she goes to the mountains for a challenging hike.
