Tessa van der Erve

Tessa is the Manager of Healthcare at Boer & Croon. She studied Health Sciences in Maastricht and completed the two-year Master of Management, Entrepreneurship in Health and Life Sciences at the Free University.

She started her career at FFUND as a project manager of scientific research, where she was responsible for large international projects. Here, she gained experience in complex project and stakeholder management. In addition, Tessa holds a Prince 2 Foundation and Practioner certificate and has completed a leadership programme. She joined Boer & Croon because of the unique combination of result- and people-oriented, and the get-it-done mentality is ingrained in her.

In her spare time, Tessa prefers to be outdoors: running, cycling, and walking. However, she also likes to be in the kitchen and is a real bookworm. She loves travelling and has gone away twice for six months to explore parts of South America and Asia.
