Since November 2022, Stijn has been working as a Young Executive at Boer & Croon, where he has carried out assignments for several companies in various sectors. One of his projects included writing a consultancy report for merging two teams within the client organization of EVBox, a supplier in charging stations. In addition, Stijn supported a project at Geldmaat as a pmo'er and initiated a process optimization for the NS at the National Personnel Adjustment Department. His experiences show his versatility in addressing challenges within different business contexts and industries. Stijn is a team player who is goal-oriented but at the same time enjoys being there for others.

In his free time, Stijn finds pleasure and challenge in sports, regularly paddling with friends and challenging himself by training for a half triathlon.
