Sjors has been interested in transportation and engineering since a young age. He has always had an affinity for the manufacturing industry and is constantly curious about how an operation can be improved. In addition to his studies, Sjors rowed at Dutch level, and this characterizes his drive and results-oriented approach. He has gained work experience in data transformations and developed organizational skills by, among other things, organizing a student congress. Sjors is analytical, innovative and passionate about his goals.

In his free time, he seeks fun and challenge in cycling or playing tennis with friends. He also enjoys taking big trips, where he prefers to cross an entire country on a motorcycle. But he also enjoys just being busy with odd jobs at home.
