completed her Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management at Business School Notenboom in Maastricht and her Master's degree in Policy, Communication, and Organisation with a specialization in change management at VU University Amsterdam.
As a consultant, she gained experience in both the private and public sector. Throughout her projects, people, behaviors, and organizations were at the center. Building on this knowledge, she took the next step as an HR Business Partner to bring change from within, contributing to Boer & Croon's growth ambitions.
Her working method is defined by her pragmatic approach, curiosity, and interest in what sets someone else in motion. This enables her to bring different perspectives together. An important core value for her is autonomy and, as a critical sparring partner, she is driven by her ambition to get the best out of herself and others.
