Seerp Leistra
is a partner and shareholder at Boer & Croon and is primarily active in the public sector and healthcare. In 2002 he set up InterMaat office North Netherlands for the then Boer & Croon. Before joining Boer & Croon, Seerp was active for many years in a variety of management positions in the (local) government. His last position was general director of Education Culture Sport Welfare of the Municipality of Groningen. Before that, he was, among other things, coordinator of administrative renewal at the Municipality of Groningen and head of administrative support there. He studied Dutch language and literature in Groningen and took many management courses, including the Director Training Program Public Domain and Change Management of the SIOO.
His approach is social, empathic, and focused on consensus building. He is a true networker. Seerp is enthusiastic and gives others room to take initiative.
Besides his work for Boer & Croon, Seerp's positions include chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Noord Nederlands Toneel and board member of Oerol and various other cultural organizations. He has experience as a musician and director in various orchestras and plays as a violinist in the Gypsy orchestra Cserebogár.
