Roland Mulder

Roland is Director of Operations at Boer & Croon, he was born and raised in IJsselstein, near Utrecht. After pre-university education, he studied International Tourism Management in Breda. After this study, he started working in the travel industry, first as a tour guide in Southeast Asia and shortly afterwards as an international product manager at a large travel organization. Roland was involved in the first e-commerce initiatives in the travel world around the turn of the century and later specialized in this and was involved in setting up and expanding various other online initiatives. Since 2007, Roland has worked independently for various companies in various industries.

Since 2017, Roland has joined consultancy firm Gwynt and has completed dozens of projects for various clients, on strategy development and execution, transformation, project- and change management, digitalization and interim management. Roland is ADKAR certified in change management.

Roland spends his free time with his family, his friends, visiting football matches, traveling, fieldhockey, kickboxing and he has season tickets at Union Saint-Gilloise.
