Robin Coester

With his technical background combined with strategic skills, impact-oriented thinking and a focus on collaboration, Robin Coester is able to initiate and manage complex changes. He began his career at Royal BAM Group, where he was involved in delivering the large-scale infrastructure project HSL Zuid, among many other projects.

After this, he worked at Linde Gas (producer and supplier of natural gas), Cortexon (high-tech manufacturing industry) and ProRail (the rail infrastructure provider in the Netherlands) in line, programme management and director roles. Before joining Boer & Croon, he was director of Stevin Technology Consultants, a consultancy and implementation agency working on future-proof infrastructure.

Robin is result-oriented, but also a system thinker who considers action. A go-getter who pulls out all the stops to achieve the end goal. He achieves lasting results at the intersection of strategy, cooperation and technology.

Outside working hours, Robin does sports to keep fit, and finds relaxation in reading a good book or cooking with his wife for friends and family.
