Robbert started as a Young Executive at Boer & Croon in May 2024. Robbert grew up in Doorn and studied Business Administration Leadership & Change Management in Amsterdam. During his studies, he gained experience in various ways in the consultancy industry, where he discovered his passion for advising organisations on strategic change.

Robbert is known for his structured approach, strong communication skills and entrepreneurial attitude. These qualities enable him to contribute effectively to team goals and projects, especially within dynamic and changing business environments.

In addition to his professional activities, he enjoys spending his free time playing sports such as hockey, squash, and skiing.
