The former top executive of postal company Sandd is an energetic CEO/COO with a "no-nonsense" mentality who not only develops a strategic vision for the technology-driven digital future but also continues to innovate and improve continuously.After his time in the Royal Navy, Rob held various management positions at leading companies such as KLM, Océ, and Pantar Amsterdam before becoming COO at the postal company Sandd in 2011. For five years, he contributed to Sandd's strong operational growth, along with 18,000 employees. He was also chief spokesperson in the administrative Hague, a crucial role in the highly politically driven postal market. In 2017, he became CEO of Sandd until its sale to competitor PostNL in October 2019.
