Rianne is a Senior Consultant in People & Change and focuses in her role on guiding the human side of organizational change. With a background in Business Administration, she started her career as a Management Trainee at ORMIT. There, she gained extensive experience in both the commercial and public sectors in the areas of organizational development and cultural change.

Over the past four years, she worked as a Project Manager in the international department of PostNL, where she managed various strategic projects and programs aimed at strengthening PostNL’s international proposition.

Riannes personal drive is to connect people to strategic change in order to make organizations future-proof. Her mission is accomplished when people within the organization understand, want, have the ability and continue to change.

In her spare time, Rianne enjoys being surrounded by friends and family. She also finds relaxation in road cycling, running, and going to the gym.
