After a student job, Pauline joined OLVG, where she gained experience in management (+/- 30FTE) and the position of healthcare efficiency analyst. Pauline enjoys leading projects where different disciplines come together. 

In her spare time, Pauline is busy with her broad social network, she enjoys visiting a terrace in Amsterdam and often plays sports.
