Young Executive
started as a Young Executive at Boer & Croon in September 2021.
Nijs previously worked for three and a half years at engineering firm Arcadis. There he dealt with a variety of topics such as (sustainability) strategy, the EU Taxonomy, project and program management, financial reporting on climate risks, and branding. He also helped prepare for the World Economic Forum. Nijs studied International Business & Management in Groningen. During his studies, he lived in Bangkok for six months and in Kuala Lumpur for six months. In the latter city, he organized a conference on the circular economy.
In his free time, he runs and kickboxes. He also enjoys cooking with and for friends and family.
