Nick van Sante

Nick van Sante works as an Associate Partner in Southern Netherlands. He is part of the core HR team. Nick has long experience as an HR director, consultant and programme manager in large profit organisations and family businesses. Nick's specific experiences include: change management, M&A (purchase and sale), outsourcing, reorganisations, digital business transformations, HCM and ERP implementations.

From these roles, he is a sounding board for directors and provides direction in decision-making, creating value for organisations. Characteristic of Nick is that he possesses great enthusiasm combined with great brainpower and creativity. His strength is connecting different professional disciplines as a basis for (international) cooperation.

His way of leading and coaching is to give people direction and feedback, thus helping them to really get better.
