Milo Biekart

Milo started as a Young Executive (YE) at Boer & Croon in February 2025. He obtained his master's degree in Strategic Management from Erasmus University in Rotterdam in September 2024, after completing his bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Alongside his studies, Milo has always worked, which has helped him develop his skills. Additionally, he was active in a student association, participating in various committees. This is where he gained his first experience in project management. 

Milo is known for his social skills and flexibility. With a curious and proactive attitude, he aims to contribute to positive changes within organisations. He strives for result-oriented solutions with a structured and human approach. Thanks to his social skills, he collaborates well with people from different backgrounds and enjoys building personal relationships. 

In his free time, Milo enjoys cooking, kickboxing, and travelling.
