Mick Spruijt

During his studies, Mick gained experience in innovation consultancy, working on projects at the intersection of technology, process improvement, and strategic analysis. These projects included HR process optimization, investment analysis, and market exploration — often involving the use of emerging technologies such as AI. This experience further strengthened his interest in organizational change and strategy.

At Boer & Croon, Mick thrives in assignments where human behaviour and organisational development are central. He enjoys working in a people-oriented way, with a strong focus on underlying group dynamics and achieving tangible results. His background in behavioural sciences enables him to understand and effectively support change processes within organizations.

In his free time, Mick enjoys being active — you’ll often find him at the gym or out on a run. He also values spending time with friends and family.
