Melle Boersma

Melle started as a Young Executive at Boer & Croon in 2024. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration with a focus on economics and management, and a Master's in Business Administration, specializing in strategy and organization. His professional background includes operational management roles at Felyx and The Padellers, where he also focused on process optimization. Additionally, he supported the Council for Financial Reporting in Accountancy, working closely with the council and staff members.

Melle is known for his goal-oriented, ambitious, and critical approach. He consistently strives for higher efficiency and effectiveness while staying within the project's scope. His analytical mindset and personal approach allow him to deliver results that are both effective and people-centric. With a broad range of interests and a talent for connecting people, Melle excels at guiding change processes and involving others along the way.

In his spare time, Melle is an avid sports enthusiast. He has worked as a padel instructor and continues to play padel or tennis regularly. He is also passionate about football and golf, and in winter, he can often be found on the slopes and snowboarding in the Alps.
