Maxime Essaadi

Maxime started as a Young Executive at Boer & Croon in June 2024. Growing up abroad has given her experience with various cultures and people. As an enthusiastic, curious, and driven connector with an interdisciplinary background, she specifically focuses on consumer behavior and sustainable improvements. She excels in collaborative efforts aimed at common goals and is skilled in organizing and structuring tasks. Her ability to connect with others makes her effective in guiding change processes, resulting in shared successes.

During her studies, Maxime gained valuable experience by participating in various activities. Particularly, her involvement with AIESEC and the startup Turff taught her a lot about strategy development, stakeholder management and team management. Her decision to work at Boer & Croon was driven by her desire for continuous professional and personal development. The combination of thought and action within Boer & Croon aligns well with her ambitions.

In her free time, Maxime enjoys cooking and playing tennis. She also enjoys spending time with friends and family.
