Maud Linthorst

Maud joined Boer & Croon as a Young Executive in November 2023. She enjoys making a meaningful contribution and wants to help people as much as she can. This is why she started studying Law and completed her Master's in Private Law in the summer of 2023. Before starting at Boer & Croon, Maud gained practical experience within the legal profession where for two years, in addition to her role as recruiter, she held an advisory role and wrote a new strategy regarding the recruitment, selection and retention of students and starters.

Maud is entrepreneurial, enthusiastic and a true connector. She always challenges herself to learn new things and thinks along in a solution-oriented and positive-critical way. Maud works in a goal-oriented way and because of her great sense of responsibility she always puts in 100% effort. She enjoys working in a team and always puts people first.

In her spare time she prefers to be in the kitchen, unless the time is long enough to go on a nice trip. In addition, Maud likes to be creative and spends a lot of time with her (big) family.
