Mark studied 'Economics and Business Economics in Utrecht and Madrid. During his studies, he was involved as a board member in Enactus Utrecht, a student organization, which sets up social enterprises and guides them to independence. Here he was introduced to entrepreneurship and project management. 

During his studies, Mark worked at RNHB, a real estate investor for commercial properties. As Sales Executive, he helped clients in their search for suitable financing. This was a learning experience for him in maintaining customer contact, how to structure problems, and coming up with solutions.

Mark is a social team player who is interested in the people around him. His open personality makes him approachable and allows him to move easily between different teams and departments. His analytical ability allows him to quickly assess what an organization needs.
