Maurits van de Vrede

Maurits joined Boer & Croon in 2025 after completing his Master's in Science Based Business and Bachelor's in Biology at Leiden University. During his studies, he combined scientific research with business-oriented challenges and gained experience at organizations such as RespiQ, where he conducted strategic market research. He also worked as a planner in home care, where he was responsible for solving urgent scheduling issues and ensuring continuity of care on a daily basis.

Maurits has strong analytical skills, works in a structured way, and proactively contributes ideas. He finds creative and goal-oriented solutions and knows how to bring others along in the process. Thanks to his open communication and results-driven mindset, he ensures effective collaboration and goal achievement, without losing sight of the human aspect. His broad background and eagerness to learn make him a valuable team player.

In his free time, Maurits enjoys playing basketball, tennis, and padel. He also loves cooking for friends and family.
