Maarten Heerink is a senior consultant within the Strategy & Transformation solutions. He combines an analytical mindset with hands-on execution and has extensive experience in sustainability projects across the real estate and energy sectors. Before joining Boer & Croon, he worked as a project manager at Longevity Partners and as a business developer at Withthegrid, focusing on ESG integration, energy optimisation, and sustainable innovation.

Driven by his background as a top-level athlete, Maarten brings energy and structure to teams. He is particularly motivated by the combination of strategic thinking and practical implementation.

In his free time, Maarten can often be found outdoors—on the hockey field, cycling, or swimming. He enjoys balancing athletic challenges with travel, reading, and a competitive game of padel.
