Luuk van der Pas joined Boer & Croon on March 1, 2022. Previously, he was responsible for the layout and design of vaccination sites at the GGD in Amsterdam. During his Bachelor Technical Business Administration, he gained the necessary experience and knowledge in improvement projects. Luuk learned to see the bigger picture during his Master's degree in Strategic Management.

Besides working at Boer & Croon, Luuk enjoys sports, reading, and being with friends. Luuk also likes to travel. He lived with his girlfriend in Melbourne in beautiful Australia for a year and traveled from Cairns to Sydney in a camper van. Education: Bachelor's degree Technische Bedrijfskunde (Avans Hogeschool), Master's degree Strategic Management (Tilburg University)
