Luuk has been a Young Executive at Boer & Croon since September 2022. This Brabander earned his bachelor's degree in Public Administration in Tilburg, then headed to Rotterdam for his master's degree in Governance and Management of Complex Systems. This multidisciplinary background enables him to approach an issue from different angles.
Besides his studies, Luuk has not been idle. He has been a volunteer at VluchtelingenWerk, a team leader at Albert Heijn, and gained experience as an intern at organizations such as PwC and the Ministry of the Interior & Kingdom Relations.
Luuk is a real team player. He enjoys working with others in a creative and problem-solving way. By listening and thinking with others, he can create innovative and pragmatic solutions for a wide range of organizational issues. In addition, he enjoys taking on challenges, picking up, and applying new things.
Outside Boer & Croon, sports is a great passion of Luuk, he can often be found on the tennis court or running. He also enjoys doing fun things with friends or reading a good book.
