Lieke Pouwels

Lieke grew up in Amersfoort and later studied Human Resource Management and Change Management in Groningen. After completing her studies, she became a change management consultant. However, after several operational assignments, she specialized more in operational management for clients in the manufacturing and logistics industries.

Lieke gets energized by working together with colleagues and stakeholders on projects where she can combine thinking and doing. As an analytical and solution-oriented person, she enjoys taking on the challenge of solving complex problems creatively and then implementing practical solutions within the organization.

After working hours, Lieke can be found on the korfball field or on an adventure to discover new destinations and cultures. She is also always up for a good walk in the forest or on the beach.
