Lidia has a study background in General Social Sciences and Policy and Organizational Sociology at Utrecht University. She has over 10 years of commercial experience as a consultant and manager in business services. For example, she worked for 5 years as a consultant and over 3 years as manager of assessment & development at FunktieMediair before she started at Boer & Croon in May 2017 as Talent Manager. She has extensive experience in designing and rolling out various development projects and advising on reorganizations in various industries and sectors.

Lidia is committed, energetic and decisive. Stimulating personal and professional growth is an important driving force in her work.
