Associate Partner
Leo is an experienced director and supervisor. After several years as a practicing dentist, he has worked in management and board positions since 1990, most of them temporarily. After deciding to quit interim management, he is now active as a supervisor and auditor in the NVZD's accreditation program for healthcare administrators, among other things.
Leo also coaches managers and medical specialists during radical changes and is regularly involved as an advisor in cooperation problems at the top of organizations.
Leo comes into his own best in professional organizations facing major challenges. Leo knows how to quickly gain respect and authority here and is able to bridge seemingly major contradictions. This is due to the combination of his engaging personality, sharp analytical ability, natural prevalence, and communication skills.
