Working Student Recruitment
Julia joined Boer & Croon as a working student in Recruitment in January 2023. After completing her Applied Psychology studies and a Pre-Master Program, Julia is now working on her Master's degree in Occupational Health Psychology at Leiden University. In this she mainly focuses on mental health in the workplace. Combining an HBO education with a university master's, she has both scientific and practical knowledge about occupational and organizational psychology. Julia is a driven and enthusiastic person, who likes to work in an efficient and structured way. She is sociable and has an affinity for assessing and changing behavior within an organization.
In her free time, Julia spends a lot of time with friends and family. She also does running and likes to go skiing in the winter. Finally, she also enjoys cooking.
