Before learning to walk, Joris has always been driven to achieve high standards, whether in school, sports or other pursuits. While completing his studies, he competed in rowing, training ten to twelve times a week while balancing this with his academic and social commitments. With his perseverance, no challenge is too great. He combines this with strong analytical and observational skills to arrive at the right and most efficient solution.

He thrives in complex situations and enjoys solving problems, through clear communication and a strong internal drive to get things done. Originally a generalist, his eagerness to learn and broad interests enable him to become a specialist in no time.
