Joey is an experienced interim manager who delivers results at the intersection of strategy and operations. He began his career as a Young Executive at Boer & Croon where he was introduced to the interim and consulting profession. Joey managed transition and transformation projects for several large national and international organizations during this period.

Joey also held (line) management positions at various organizations. He has worked in Finance, IT, HR, Marketing, and Business Development. 

After a one-year trip around the world, Joey returned to work as an independent interim manager. In this role, he managed several challenging projects in the field of strategy, transformation, and program management. Because of his broad background in various functional areas, and experience in managing organizations and teams, Joey is perfectly capable of seeing through the impact of changes and guiding organizations through them. 

His analytical nature means that the starting point of his approach is the hard and factual side of transformations. He pays special attention to the impact they have on people and culture. This combination enables Joey to work with his clients to achieve lasting results.
