Job Andringa

Job joined Boer & Croon as a Young Executive in December 2023.
Before that, he gained a year of experience at TotalEnergies as a project coordinator within the New Energies domain and has a background in crisis management at Leiden University. Here, he looked at crisis strategy at private and public parties. Job has a pragmatic attitude and likes to look for the best possible solution for strategic and operational challenges with the people around him.

Job also knows how to bring out the people in his work. Cooperation with others and enough time for a good conversation are important to him.
This is also reflected in his free time when Job likes visiting friends, travelling or spending time with his three brothers.
In addition, Job has a keen interest in politics and international relations, which he enjoys reading about and talking to others about.
