Jessy Lamers

Jessy Lamers is a goal-oriented COO with a technical/psychological background and 15 years of senior management experience in the defense industry (Thales), innovation & research (NLR), and aviation (Epcor, KLM).

She is a specialist in executing organizational transformations in complex environments. At Epcor, she launched a product line and as director at KLM, Jessy completed a strategic program with 7 sub-projects, including an industrial transformation, business process redesign, and a number of logistics innovations. She also set up a department at the Red Cross to support the GGDs in the corona pandemic by staffing the testing and vaccination lines.

Jessy's strength is translating strategy into thoughtful, effective execution. She knows how to strike the balance between taking action and asking critical questions, making her entire team work lean.
