Iris joined Boer & Croon as a Young Executive in 2024. Combining her technical and people-oriented studies, she has developed strong analytical and empathic skills. Her strength lies in optimizing technical applications and making them function as efficiently as possible. With her connecting and flexible character, she can bring people along with solutions and get everyone looking in the same direction.

In her spare time, Iris likes to be in the kitchen, walking or cycling through nature or looking for new restaurants in the centre of Amsterdam. She also gets pleasure from a challenging job project.
