Director of Operations Boer & Croon has learned throughout her international career that success can only be achieved if there is sufficient attention to the people in the process. If the focus is only on technical implementation, it is doomed to fail. Process and people should be in balance with each other. Iris has a crystal clear and goal-oriented management style, with a keen eye for people's behavior. This enables her to achieve or exceed the desired result time and again. Both with clients and within her own team.
After guiding clients at the intersection of IT and business for Valcon (formerly First Consulting) for 4 years, she worked for EFESO Consulting, including 5 years in America. Mainly for large (Fortune 500) clients from Manufacturing/Industry, she brought operational excellence, guided successful digitalization and transformations, and helped optimize business results.
Besides her work, Iris loves traveling (the counter stands at 50 countries), dancing, sailing, and art.
