Harm Winkeler 
 

Harm is an experienced change manager at the interface of strategy and execution. For the past thirty years, he has worked at home and abroad at companies in transport and logistics, waste and recycling, including DB Cargo Nederland, Air France-KLM-Martinair Cargo, HES Bulk Terminal Amsterdam and ACV Group. Here, he has been involved in several significant changes from a managerial position while being responsible for ongoing business and financial results. With these experiences, he now focuses as an interim manager on replacement and/or change jobs.

Harm feels most at home in environments where you can see, feel or smell the product. Both internally and externally, he moves quickly at different levels, from shareholders to supervisory boards, from senior management to the shop floor. All this with a healthy dose of work ethic and the courage to make sometimes difficult choices.

After working hours, Harm is an avid sportsman (tennis, padel, cycling and swimming). He also likes to relax with a good book in his holiday home on the Catalan coast.
