Harm Derks
Harm has been a Young Executive at Boer & Croon since August 2021. Previously, Harm worked for a business consultancy firm for two and a half years, one and a half of which were spent in Paris. There he was responsible for guiding Dutch companies in entering the French market as well as Southern European and Latin American markets. He also managed the project team responsible for the local program of a Dutch trade mission to Paris led by Minister of Medical Care and Sport Bruno Bruins.
Harm studied International Studies in Leiden, with a six-month sabbatical at a Chilean university. Wanting to focus more on the relationship between business and sustainability, he did the Master's in Global Business & Sustainability in Rotterdam.
Harm has a pragmatic attitude and is very attracted to Boer & Croon's approach of quickly analyzing and immediately bringing about change.
Harm is athletically minded and has the Paris and Rotterdam marathons on his record.
