Haico Spijkerboer

Haico is a partner at Boer & Croon and focuses on filling permanent and interim positions at board, supervisory and senior management levels. He studied Economics at the UvA and also obtained a Master's in Transport & Logistics at the TiasNimbas Business School while working. After his international logistics career at TNT Express and the current CEVA Logistics, among others, Haico has focused on strategic and business-critical challenges in the industry, trade and logistics sector from Boer & Croon. He does this at both family businesses and well-known corporations.

At Boer & Croon, Haico has final responsibility for the Supply Chain, Operations and People & Change practice. As a board member of VNO-NCW MRA, he is responsible for the mobility and labour market portfolios.

Haico's approach is connecting, pragmatic, and result-oriented. He is focused on long-term relationships—both with clients and candidates—and derives satisfaction from a good conversation and making surprising and successful connections between companies and people.
