Gwendolyn Rutten
As of January 1, Gwendolyn Rutten will strengthen Boer & Croon as COO. She has been active for almost 30 years on the board and management of various organizations, including Apple, Heineken, Police Academy, ROC Doetinchem, and Cap Gemini.
Her greatest challenge was in assignments involving a DGA. Because the owners of the organization are more emotionally involved, this has an impact on the acting of the professional. In doing so, she especially saw opportunities to work closely together while maintaining sufficient distance.
Now Boer & Croon is a logical next step for her. All her experiences and the knowledge she has gained come together here. Gwendolyn finds the projects that deal with the imbalance in the triangle of management/control, entrepreneurship, and caring for people the most interesting. According to her, finding the right balance is crucial to success. The content of those issues does not make the work challenging for her. Rather, the environmental dynamics can make it complex, such as a difficult relationship with colleagues, late-delivering externals or suppliers, etc....
Besides her work, Gwendolyn enjoys the necessary home, garden, and kitchen activities and sports.
