Gita Hoogeveen

As a senior interim manager, Gita helps companies through challenging times. Her experience as managing director of technical companies, her training as a chemical technologist and her interest in the people within an organization enable her to quickly and effectively get complex matters done. In doing so, she looks for a solution that benefits all stakeholders. In this way, the changes she initiates are secured, leaving behind a stable organization when she leaves.As a child, Gita wanted to become a doctor. After an accident she once ended up in a hospital emergency room and was enormously impressed by how they reassured her, cared for her and at the same time made decisive decisions. She wanted to do the same later. However, she was booted out and dedicated herself to healing accidents in organizations.Gita runs marathons, climbs mountains and plays golf quite nicely.Education: chemical engineering (TU Delft)
