Frank Boerstra has been an Associate Partner since July 2024. With more than 30 years of experience as an HR director in the business services, family businesses, retail, wholesale, travel and staffing industries, he is a highly experienced and people-oriented HR professional. Frank has broad business knowledge and a passion for getting organizations and their employees moving.

He focuses on the development of organizations and their employees, including leadership. Frank is a sparring partner at board level and for senior management, and he leads and coaches HR teams. He connects teams with organizations and colleagues with each other, aligning ambitions with competencies and complex numbers with human values.

Connection and movement are essential core values for Frank, both personally and professionally. He is result- and goal-oriented, with an eye for the human dimension.
